There are plenty of parking spaces for cars and motorbikes.
Arrival & departure
Our apartments are ready from 2.00 pm on day of arrival. These should be vacted by 9.00 am on day of departure.
Non-smoking apartments
Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartments. Smokers may enjoy their cigarettes outdoors.
Payment conditions
To confirm your resevation we require a deposit to be transferred to our bank account. The remainder can be paid on the evening prior to departure in cash.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellations are only valid in writing. Up to 3 months prior to arrival no cancellation fees are charge, up to 1 month prior to arrival 40% of the booked price will be charged. In the event of cancellation within 1 month to 1 week 70 % will be charged and in the week before arrival 90%. Cancellations conditions according to Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
Travel insurance
A booking is a purchase agreement. In the event of cancellation, late arrival and early departure cancellation fees will be charged. As anything could happen (illness, accident…), we recommend you take out travel insurance.
